The tvOS 14 public beta is now available for those who want to experience the future of the Apple TV, today. While it may not look all that different from what you are currently using, the latest and greatest has some seriously great features.
tvOS 14: Beta be prepared
Just like with other public betas for tvOS, getting in on the new hotness requires registering for Apple`s beta programs by signing up at beta.apple.com. After registering, you`ll see an option in the Software Updates menu on your Apple TV labeled Get Beta Updates. Even though the beta is available to the public today, just remember that it is still a beta. This means that you can expect to see compatibility issues with some apps, unexpected behaviors, and general instability. So in other words, if your household depends on your Apple TV for their media consumption, then you may want to hold off.
